Job Roll:
- Candidates who will be selected for this post may have the responsibility of the following as a Group Lead- Graphic Designer.
- Lead a team of Graphic designers in delivering New colours, Textures, Material, Finishes and Graphics
- Strategize Product concepts for Colour, Material, Finish & Graphics for Concept vehicles & Production vehicles (New products and product upgrades)
- Analyse market & Competition and forecast trends across the world
- Evaluate the new ideas and define the directions as way forward, Guide the team in executing the concept ideas
- Co ordinate with Vendors/Suppliers/Design& development partners and In-house team to achieve the best results
- Plan Budget, Infrastructure, Resource, Hiring and training to build the exceptionally skillful team
- Liaison Design-Production-Manufacturing-Marketing-Homologation-Registration to coordinate the interfacing activities
Education Qualification :
Candidates who are willing to apply for this post must possess Engineering/equivalent degree from the recognised university.
