- The project role is Software / Application Tech Support Practitioner. Main role of the job is ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
- Candidates Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Technical Experience:
Candidate can Manage local suppliers in the provision of services for the SITA Service Operations centers and report on services provided to management.
Perform Change Management, Configurations, design and Implementation of the supported Product systems
Manage and coordinate incident tickets until resolution has been performed or transferred to new resolver group.
Continual service improvement of monitoring and incident management procedures.
Education Qualification :
Candidate who graduates 15 years ( 12 years of schooling + 3 year degree) can apply for thie post of Service operator on Accenture.
