| Research Associate | Essential: M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with 415 years of Bachelor' Degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagements as circulated vi de F.No.2- 912012-HRD dated 25.4.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCl)/ NAAS, rated (4.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2020. Desirable: Denovo transcriptome assembly of using various algorithms, Analysis related to whole-genome sequencing. Variant Calling, filtering, and related jobs of Next Generation Sequencing. Work-related to population genetic structure analysis/ selection signatures shall be an added advantage |
| Senior Research Fellows | M. Tech. in Biotechnology/ Computer Science with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelors degree. Candidates having a postgraduate degree with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Masters degree should have the NET qualification and 2 years experience in the relevant field |
| Young Professionals -II | B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Master's Degree in any discipline of Biology/ Physical Sciences |
