Applications are invited to write the qualifying examination for scholarships offered on behalf of the Government to eighth grade students studying in all government and government aided schools. In addition, advice has been given to the head teachers in this regard.
National Income Path and Scholarship Eligibility Test:
Official announcement has been made that the students should download and apply through their Headmaster by 08.01.2021 for the examination to get the scholarship provided by the Government through the National Income Path and Scholarship Eligibility Examination for the eighth standard students in the academic year 2020-2021 in Tamil Nadu.
University may determine higher education qualification - Court order
Students who wish to appear for this examination which is to be held on 21.02.2021 should be an eighth class student in the current academic year. The annual income of the student's parents should not exceed Rs. 1,50,000.
NMMS Exam Terms:

Students who wish to apply for this examination can apply only through the head teacher of their course. Headmasters can download the required applications from www.dge.tn.gov.in. Students should complete the downloaded applications with the help of their parents and submit the application fee of Rs.50 / - to the Headmaster by 08.01.2021.
Advice for the Head Teacher:
Important advice has also been given to head teachers regarding this examination. The head teacher has been instructed that the student applying for the examination should be studying in the eighth class in practice and should check the annual income of his parents and collect the examination fee properly.
