Education Qualification :
- Essential: (a) Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 50% marks and (b) Two years full time post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations from any recognized University or Institute registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks.
- Desirable: Degree in Law
- Essential: (a) Experience: (i) The candidate should have at least 20 years of postqualification experience in Public Sector Undertakings or large and reputed Private Companies (minimum annual turnover of Rs 100 Cr) in various aspects of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
- Essential: Engineering degree / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Equivalent from premier institute
- Essential: Minimum 05 years’ post qualification experience in Operation/ Maintenance/ Construction/ Repair of Naval Ships.
- Essential: Engineering degree / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Equivalent
- Essential: Minimum 05 years’ post qualification experience in Operation/ Maintenance/ Construction/ Repair of Naval Submarines.
