NBPGR Recruitment 2021 – ICAR- NBPGR invites applications for recruitment of 02 Junior Research Fellow, Field Assistant Posts. The applicants are requested to Download Application Form through Official Website http://www.nbpgr.ernet.in/. The last date for the receipt of application along with enclosures is 25/07/ 2021 (4:30PM). Job Vacancy Details

Total Vacancy - 02 Posts

Age Limit :

• Junior Research Fellow-21 to35 years
•  Field Assistant-21 to 50 years
• Minimum age should be 21  years as on date of interview
• Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through ICAR- NBPGR official Notification 2021 for more reference

Salary :

• Junior Research Fellow - Rs. 31000/- +8% HRA per month for 1st and 2 nd year and @ Rs 35,000/- + 8% HRA per month for 3rd, 4th and 5 th year
• Field Assistant - Rs.20000/- + 8% HRA per month

Education Qualification :

• Junior Research Fellow:
• Essential qualification: Post graduate degree (MSc.) in Genetics and plant breeding /Plant Genetic resources/Seed technology/Plant physiology/ Horticulture relevant plant sciences along with:
• National eligibility Tests: ICAR/CSIR/UGC/DBTNET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) or GATE 11)Selected by the selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR,IIT.IISC
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in field crop phenotyping and data analyses using statistical software.
• Field Assistant:
• Essential qualification: Graduation in Agriculture Sciences.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in field crops/ laboratory work, handling of office documents, basic knowledge of computer and data entry, etc.

Selection Process

• The eligible candidates for the post of JRF and Field Assistant post will be shortlisted based upon the relevance of their essential qualification and experience to position
• Short listed candidate will be called for an Online Interview
• The eligible candidates will be informed for further details regarding interview by email or over phone.
• Original documents of the candidates appearing for online interview will be verified at a later stage.

How to Apply :

• The eligible candidates appearing for interview through online video conferencing are requested to send their duly filled scanned copy of Application Form affixing a self attested passport size photograph on the top and declaration duly signed in the application form annexed with duly self-attested all supporting documents/ certificates such as (Proof for age, Category certificate, educational qualifications - Mark sheets & certificates from 10th class onwards, experience and research publication) only through email preferably in a single PDF file to nbpgr.akola@icar.gov.in on or before 25.07.2021 (up to 4.30 P.M). Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted
•  Candidates willing to apply for more than one post can mentioned the same in single application (No need to send separate application for each post)
