• The shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on the Qualification Requirement provided through UAV flying (wherever applicable), personnel and technical interviews.
• The Date and Venue of the Interview will be intimated through phone/mail
•  The Tentative Interview date will be on 14th August 2021 and the interview information will be communicated either through E-mail or Telephone.
• The Interview will be conducted in person at Centre for Aerospace Research, MIT campus, Anna University, Chromepet, Chennai - 600044.

Education Qualification :

• 1. Chief Operating Officer -
• Essential Qualification:
• Must be a holder of Private Pilot License.
• Retired Indian Air Force Pilot / ATC of the rank of Wing Commander and above.
• Masters degree in Business Administration (Operations/HR)
• Desirable Qualification:
• Excellent knowledge in Aviation safety, RF equipment, and co-ordination with ATC.
• Teaching experience with respect to Airspace Management, Flight Safety etc.
• Technical Management and Networking capability.
• 2. Chief Pilot Instructor -Head of Training -
• Essential Qualification:
• Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization on UAV systems or ME/M.Tech in Aero/Avionics/CSC/Embeded/VLSI with 8 years of Research and Development experience in the field of UAV.
• Must be a DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Instructor.
• Desirable Qualification:
• International Research Experience in the field of UAV systems.
• Leadership quality and wide knowledge in respect of DGCA UAS Rules and Regulations.
• Experience in BVLOS UAV/SWARM UAV operations.
• Participation in National and International UAV competitions.
• Knowledge in UAV Guidance, Navigation & Control and Autopilot systems.
• 3. Senior ManagerUAV Flight Simulation -
• Essential Qualification:
• Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization on UAV systems or ME/M.Tech in Aero/Avionics/CSC/Embeded/VLSI design with 8 years of Research and Development experience in the field of UAV.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Experience in operation/ demonstration of UAVs in high altitude.
• Experience in SWARM UAV HADR operations.
• Integration and testing of Avionics system for Surveillance UAVs.
• Knowledge in UAV Software in the Loop Simulation.
• 4. Senior Remote Pilot Instructor cum Maintenance Manager - Avionics - Essential Qualification:
• M.S.(by Research) or M.E in Avionics with minimum 5 years of experience in the field of UAV Avionics system.
• Must be a DGCA Certified RPAS Trainer/Instructor.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Knowledge of UAV payload integration.
• Knowledge of DGCA Rules and Regulations on UAV.
• UAV Integration, Trouble shooting, Repair and Maintenance of UAV Avionics system.
• Teaching experience related to Avionics systems.
• UAV System Engineer -
• Essential Qualification:
• B.E in Electronics and Communication with minimum 10 years experience.
• Should have excellent knowledge in UAV system integration.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Experience in operation/ demonstration of UAVs in high altitude.
• Integration and testing of Avionics system for Surveillance UAVs.
• Knowledge in testing of UAV communications, navigations and Flight control systems.
• Flying Experience in Multirotor & Fixedwing UAV’s.
• Manager - Flight Safety -
• M.E in Aero or CAD/CAM with minimum 7 years of experience in the field of UAV industries.
• Thorough knowledge of DGCA UAS Rules and CAR Regulations in respect of Air safety Operations.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Techno Managerial capacity in respect of Flight testing.
• Network with Government Organization dealing with Air Safety viz., AAI, ATC, DGCA etc.
• Experience in obtaining Quality Assurance of systems/subsystems of UAV with the help of NABL accredited laboratories.
• Lead Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) Engineer -
• Essential Qualification:
• B.E in Aeronautics with 10 years Technical experience related to UAV systems.
• Should have knowledge in Avionics integration, UAV engines and GCS operations
• Desirable Qualification:
• Experience in Micro, Mini & Tactical UAVs with respect to Manufacturing, Airframe assembly, Payload integration, Flight testing & Trouble shooting.
• Knowledge in various types of Composite fabrication process.
• Support in installation, calibration, testing and tuning of UAV engines.
• Senior Remote Pilot Instructor cum Maintenance Manager - Overhaul -
• Essential Qualification:
• B.E in Electronics and Communication with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Must be a DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Instructor.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Knowledge in various types of UAVs, Payloads and Integration.
• Experience in UAV long range communication, handling of Ground test equipment for various systems.
• Knowledge of DGCA Rules and Regulations on UAV.
• 9. Senior Remote Pilot Instructors -
• Essential Qualification:
• Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience or Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering with minimum 6 years experience.
• Must be a DGCA Certified RPAS Trainer/Instructor.
• Desirable Qualification:
• Thorough knowledge of DGCA latest rules and regulations on UAV.
• Flying experience on Micro, Mini, & Small UAVs
• Experience in imparting simulator training and knowledge on various subsystems of UAVs.
• 10. Remote Pilot Instructor cum Maintenance Manager – Telemetry & Battery/Propulsion -
• Essential Qualification:
• M.S.(by Research)/ M.E in Aeronautics or BE/B.Tech Aero/ECE/E&I with minimum 2 of experience in UAV Industries.
