- Applications are invited from eligible persons with the following qualifications for appointment as Chair (m) members of Child Welfare Committees constituted under the provisions of the Youth Justice (Child Care and Protection) Act, 2015. The chairperson and members of the Child Welfare Committee, including a woman, are to be appointed by the government on a value basis.
