Education Qualification :
- Candidates should have passed 10th, Typing Certificate from a recognized board

- Submit the required documents of photocopies to the following address
1. Applications should be filled in the prescribed form (download the relevant form from our website (given below) and should be sent by registered post only.
2. Only one application should be sent in one envelope.
3. The applicant should write his / her self-address on an envelope and affix the stamp (Rs. 30) on it and send it along with the completed application.
4. The passport size photograph should be affixed in the appropriate place of the application and the applicant should put his signature on the photograph. Copies of the relevant certificates should be self attested and sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be attached with the application for any reason. However, candidates who are selected for the interview are required to file all the original certificates while attending the interview. Applications not accompanied by self attested copies will be rejected outright without any prior notice.
5. Applications that are not fully completed and applications that contain incorrect information will be rejected outright.
6. if the information mentioned in the application is found to be incorrect, the applicant's application will be rejected without any prior notice.
7. In cases where priority is sought, copies of the relevant certificates of priority should be attached with the application. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected outright.
8. Copies of relevant certificates should be attached to the ethnic system allotted for Tamil medium education. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected outright.
9. The applicant should attach two copies of his / her proof of location (i) Aadhar Card, (ii) Voter ID Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Family Card and (v) First Page of the Bank Account Book with self attestation and attach it with the application. . In case of mistake the application will be rejected completely.
10. Applications without the signature of the applicant at the specified place on the application form will be rejected outright.
11. Making false promises and claiming to buy jobs in the wrong way
Appliants are advised to be very careful with intermediaries.
12. This Court is not liable for any loss incurred by the applicants by such misleading and dishonest persons.
13. Applications received from applicants who have been temporarily employed and are currently employed under Rule 16 (a) (1) of the Tamil Nadu Ministry of Justice will be considered by the Hon'ble Chennai High Court as per the order issued on 30.04.2019 in Judgment No. 6378/2018 and related cases.
14. Applicants seeking preference for unsupported widow must send a copy of the certificate obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer in the appropriate form along with the application.
