Thanjavur District Health Association invites applications for the following vacancies in the National Tuberculosis Eradication Program to work on eleven months contract basis.

Age Limit :
- Must be Under 65 years .
Salary :
- According to the guidelines of the State Health Association NTEP, the lump sum is Rs. 15,000 / - will be provided.
Education Qualification :
- 1. Senior TB Laboratory Supervisor
- i) Must have a degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- ii) Must have computer training certificate.
- ii) Must own a two wheeler and have a permanent driver's license.
- 2. Laboratory Technician
- Must have passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) after passing 10th and 12th class science section.
- 3. TB Health Observer
- i) Must have passed any science degree or MPW / LHV / ANM / Health worker / certificate or higher course in health education / Counseling after passing 10th, 12th class.
- ii) Approved Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s Certificate.
- iii) Certificate course in Computer Operator (Minimum two months)

- Applicants who are eligible and interested to apply should send all the required photocopies along with the photograph along with the photocopy to the address given below before the last day mentioned here.
- Applicants must submit a copy of all their Certificates of Qualification (Education Certificates, Family Card, Caste Certificate, Residence Certificate, Aadhar Card, Ban Card, Computer Certificate, Certificate of Experience and Driving License ).
- The name of the post must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
- Applicants should send attached Attested Xerox Copies along with all the qualification certificates of the post to which they are applying. The applicant will be considered ineligible even if a certificate of any of the basic qualifications is omitted.
