- Maximum age limit should be within 62.
Salary :
- The package will be provided as per the guidelines of the State Health Association - NTEP.
Education Qualification :

Senior Treatment Supervisor i) Government Recognized Multipurpose Health Worker Training (MPHW) or Sanitary Inspector’s Course with secondary schooling, bachelor’s degree or accredited health inspector course. ii) Certificate in Computer Training (Minimum two months training) iii) Must know how to drive a two wheeler and have a permanent driving license. Lab Technician i) (10, +2) Passed with Science subject and signed by the Director of Medical Education Certified Laboratory Training Degree or Diploma ii) Certificate in Computer Training (Minimum two months training) TB Health Visitory i) a) Bachelor's degree (or) b) Higher Secondary Proficiency (10, + 2) and Multipurpose Health (MPW) | LHV | ANM / Health worker | Health Education / Consultant Course (or) Passing the TB Health Observer Training ii) Certificate in Computer Training (Minimum two months training)

Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be listed on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained by their applicants and previous work experience based on the information provided by all the applicants. Only persons so listed will be invited for interview.
- The final selection of the candidates will be in the order of merit based on the marks obtained by the applicants in the interview.
- Only eligible listed persons will be sent an interview invitation message to their mail ID or registered mobile number.
How to Apply :
- Applicants should submit a copy of all the certificates of their eligibility (education certificates, family card, caste certificate, Aadhar card, ban card, computer certificate, previous experience certificate and driving license).
- i) Bio Data with Passport size Photo
- ii) Applicants should submit all the certificates (copy) to the officer in A / B status
- Attested and sent attached.
- iii) Applications will be rejected if any certificate is missing in the basic qualification.
- iv) In addition Rs. 25 / - worth of self-addressed 4 x 10 covers affixed with stamps
- Please send two application letters by registered post to the following address.
- v) The name of the post must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
Note:
Only those who are qualified are requested to apply for the above vacant posts. Eligible applicants will be invited for interview at their own expense.
Dates for the interview will be announced later by letter. No correspondence should be sent for this purpose.
Acceptance and rejection of applications is subject to the authority of the DHS - NTEP, Truvannamala.
Priority will be given to permanent residents of Thiruvannamalai district.
Please note that the District Welfare Committee has the power to cancel or postpone this notice for administrative reasons.
