Age Limit : 

• Junior Engineer (Civil)	Not more than 35 years
  Junior Engineer (Mech)	Not more than 35 years
  System Analyst	Not more than 32 years
  Senior Field Officer	Not more than 32 years
  Electrician	Not more than 32 years

Salary :

• Junior Engineer (Civil)	Level 8: Rs.47,600 - Rs 1,51,100 as per VIIth CPC
  Junior Engineer (Mech)	Level 8: Rs.47,600 - Rs 1,51,100 as per VIIth CPC
  System Analyst	Level 6 : Rs.35,400 - Rs 1,12,400 as per VIIth CPC
  Senior Field Officer	Level 6 : Rs.35,400 - Rs 1,12,400 as per VIIth CPC
  Electrician	Level 5 : Rs.29,200 - Rs 92,300) as per VIIth CPC

Education Qualification :

• Junior Engineer (Civil)	Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Government Recognized Institute Desirable: Experience in construction of Aquaculture related projects Experience: 6 years’ experience in Civil construction & preparation of plans, designs and Bills for civil constructions. Knowledge and good skill in AUTOCAD are essential
  Junior Engineer (Mech)	Essential: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a Government Recognized Institute. Desirable: 1) Post-Graduation in related field. 2) Handling / installation of Aquaculture Equipment and Machinery in large scale commercial projects. Experience: 6 years’ experience in operation of pumps, motors, DG sets etc. (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing). Working experience in CPWD, PWD and any other Government institutions.
  System Analyst	Essential: Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or M.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) or B.Tech. (Computer Science /IT) from a recognized University /Institute Desirable: Knowledge in supporting and maintenance of the hardware and software, LAN management, web application management in Windows and Linux platforms, e-Office maintenance etc. Experience: 3 years’ experience in Electronic Data processing / programming / Network administration supporting and maintenance of the hardware and software, LAN management, web application management in Windows and Linux platforms, Networking and firewall backup of data, e-Office maintenance etc.
  Senior Field Officer	Essential: Master of Fisheries Science (MFSc)/M.Sc. in Marine Biology, Marine Sciences, Mariculture, Aquaculture, Fishery Science, Aquatic Biology, Fisheries, Industrial Fisheries. Desirable: Good skill in computer applications with Supporting evidence. Experience(Essential): 3 years’ total experience in Shellfish / Finfish Hatchery, Aqua farming, aquaculture extension/management, or Fishery related subject
  Electrician	Essential: Diploma in electrical engineering with B or C Certificate “OR” ITI holders with B or C Certificate. Experience(Essential): 2 years’ experience for ITI holders

• Application fee of ₹500/- (Non-refundable) should be remitted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Aquaculture payable at State Bank of India, Mayiladuthurai Branch (Code: 0000875), Tamil Nadu. It is important to note that their candidature shall be considered only on receipt of application fee. No application fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Schedule Tribe (ST). Application fee exempted for employees working in MPEDA and its Societies.
