The aim of the organization is to prepare the young students in the school and college level over their lifetimes by instilling in them the Sense of Discipline, Responsibility, Character and fostering leadership through Seamanship, Sailing and related nautical pursuits on the waterfront along with latest technology and within the principles and values of the Promise and Motto.
For this challenging task we are training our Commandants, so that these commandants should visit the institutions such as Schools and Colleges and prepare the young students in the right platform. Our
Training methodology to the commandants in various platforms such as through on-line mode and Off-line camps. With the grace of almighty we have guided by Maha Acharya and Acharyas who are continuously conducting workshop/sem(web)inar and monitoring the progress of our Commandants and these are not only creating their thought process but also demonstrate our principles and goals.
