Education Qualification :
- Minimum of valid Second Class Masters Certificate under Kerala Inland Vessels Rules
- Minimum of one year post qualification experience as Master in a Boat/Barge/Ship.
- Candidates with experience in Inland Water Ways of Kochi will be given preference
