- MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – Rs.40,000/-

- MANAGER – Rs.9.50(lac) CTC
Education Qualification :
- MANAGEMENT TRAINEE -MUST POSSES B.E/B.TECH IN CIVIL/ ELECTRICAL/ METALLURGY/ CERAMICS/ CHEMICAL/ SAFETY/ MECHANICAL/ MATERIAL SCIENCE/ PRODUCTION/ INSTRUMENTATION/ ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING WITH 60% FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY AND FOR ADMIN/HR 2 YEAR POST GRADUATE DEGREE IN MA (IR&PM)/ MSW(IR&PM)/ MBA(HR) OR ITS EQUIVALENT.
- ASSISTANT MANAGER-
- a) MATERIALS MANAGEMENT – 60% OF MARKS IN B.E/B.TECH AND MBA PREFERABLY IN MATERIALS MANAGEMENT / PG DIPLOMA IN MATERIALS MANAGEMENT. DEGREE IN LAW PREFERRED, WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT AREA.
- b) CORPORATE COMMUNICATION – 55% OF MARKS IN GRADUATION AND DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC RELATIONS/ JOURNALISM/ MASS COMMUNICATION, WITH 6 YEARS OF POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZING NEWS, CONFERENCE, PRODUCT LAUNCHES, CREATING MATERIALS LIKE BROCHURES, BANNERS, NEWSLETTERS, FLYERS, ETC.
- c) MEDICAL – MBBS WITH REGISTRATION IN ANY STATE OR INDIAN NATIONAL MEDICAL COUNCIL, WITH 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE.
- d) IT – 60% MARKS IN B.E/B.TECH IN COMPUTER SCIENCE/ ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS, WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE IN SERVER ADMINISTRATION
- 3)MANAGER –
- a) AUTOMATION – 60% MARKS IN B.E/B.TECH IN ELECTRICLA/ INSTRUMENTATION/ ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS/ ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION/ ELECTRICAL & COMMUNICATION ENGG, WITH MINIMUM 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY.
- b) MECHANICAL – 60% MARKS IN B.E/B.TECH IN MECHANICAL, WITH MINIMUM 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY.
