• Grade V (Pose Code -NUR12022)-Passed 10+2 in any stream. Passed Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
• Grade V (Pose Code -DIE12022)-10+2 in Science. B.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition
• Grade V (Pose Code – OHV12022)-10+2 in any stream and valid driving License
• Grade III (Pose Code -PAT12022)-10+2 in science stream with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician Course
• Grade III (Pose Code -RAD12022)-10+2 in science stream with passed Diploma in Medical Radiography Technology course
• Grade III (Pose Code -OPT12022)-10+2 in Science stream with Diploma in OT Technology Course
• Grade III (Pose Code -EFA12022)-10+2 in Science Stream with Diploma/Certificate in Emergency and First Aid
