Skill :
- Complete ownership of the procurement function. Define and institutionalize the operating framework for procurement operations. Leverage best procurement practices to the extent possible for continuous improvement. Establish relevant metrics, define clear goals with a measurement plan. Standardize the procurement deliverables (RFI, RFP, Contract, AMC, etc.) and socialize the same with all stakeholders. Evaluate available tools and platforms to choose the best fit solution for our needs and institutionalize the same. Skills like Regular reporting to Senior Management on procurement function are excellent.
Eligibility :
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the courses related to work in a government / government recognized educational institution or university or college. Preference will also be given to those who have studied Master Degree in Management.
Experience :
- Applicants applying for these jobs should have at least 12 to 15 years prior experience in the public sector or financial services organizations. Must have 8 years of working experience in procurement of IT solutions / products.
