Age Limit :
- Management Trainee (MT) (Grade –II) - 25 Years
- The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through BEML official Notification 2022 for more reference
Salary :
- Management Trainee (MT) (Grade –II) - Selected candidates will be placed on a starting basic pay of Rs.40,000/- pm in the pay scale of Rs.40,000-1,40,000 during their training period. Apart from the above, Dearness Allowance and applicable allowances under cafeteria system will also be payable as per Company Rules. At locations where Company accommodation is not available, applicable HRA in lieu of the place of posting will be provided.
Education Qualification :
- B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE with an average of 70% marks
- 70% in mandatory for all Graduates, which is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates. Candidates with CGPA/ Credit have to mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage.
