• Senior Research Fellow

Age Limit :

• NIT Warangal job required a maximum of 30 years with good sprite.

Salary :

• The Salary is given for Senior Research Fellow – Rs. 35,000/- Per Month

Education Qualification :

• B.E./ B.Tech/ or equivalent degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering First-class/ Second class)
• ME/M.Tech in Power Electronics & Drives with valid
• GATE/DBTJRF/ICMR/UGC/CSIR/DST-Inspire score/
• Experience:
• 2 years’ research experience as JRF/equivalent
• Desired qualifications:
• Prior knowledge on Simulation & Practical implementation of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM)/BLDC/PMSM/Open End Winding & Multi phase Induction Motor drives & Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) systems.
• Knowledge of simulation software such as PSIM, MATLAB etc.
• Experience on implementation of hardware power converter modules/PCB design
• Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL/ DSP programming or equivalent to generate control signals.
• Working knowledge of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) drive is most desirable
