• Dealing with Rating Agencies, Bankers, Financial Institutions etc.
• Dealing with Project Financing Agreements, creation of land mortgages with Bankers, charge creation of asset etc. Experience in handling short-term and long-term Borrowings like commercial papers, Bonds, Bank loans etc.
