- General Manager- Technical (Promotion)-Level-13 (Rs.1,23,100- 2,15,900) / (pre revised) PB-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/-
- Deputy General Manager (Technical)-Level-12 (Rs.78,800- 2,09,200)/(pre revised) PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/-
- Manager (Technical)-Level-11 (Rs.67,700- 2,08,700) / (pre revised) PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
Education Qualification :
- General Manager-Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; AND
- Experience: 14 years ’experience in Group A service out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation
- Deputy General Manager-Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; And
- Experience: Six years ’experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges.
- Manager-Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; AND
- Experience: Three years ’experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
