- Willingness to Travel in the field/rural area
- Ability to drive own Two Wheeler with a valid License
- Ability to impart Skill Training
- Only Male candidate
- Field Organizer-Any degree in Extension, Education, RPM, MBA Home Science.
- Minimum of Two years of organizing/fieldwork experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as Team Member
- Desirable:
- Ability to work on the computer
- Willingness to Travel in the field/rural area
- Ability to organize the people and Community Mobilization
- Ability to impart Skill Training
