Name of the Post Educational Qualifications Junior Engineer (JE) Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised University or equivalent Junior Accountant Degree in Commerce from a recognized University / Institute Upper Division Clerk (UDC) Any Degree Stenographer Grade - II 12th passed. Skill (Shorthand) Test (on Computer) at the speed of 80 wpm
