• M.Sc. (not earlier than 3 years) Physics/Materials science / Chemistry / Nanoscience with First class in U.G. & P.G. M.E. / M. Tech. (not earlier than 3 years) Nanoscience/Nanotechnology/Materials Science with First class in U.G. & P.G.CRS Project Fellow -II  –
• + valid JEST/GATE/UGC-CSIR NET JRF/Lectureship
• + Ph.D. registration of the student under the supervision of the PI at Anna University
