- Junior Programme Executive
Age Limit :
- IIM Nagpur job required a minimum of 25 years to a maximum of 32 years with good sprite.
Salary :
- Junior Programme Executive: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed-term appointment for a period of up to one year third-party contract/IIMNagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on performance/satisfactory discharge of duties and the institute’s requirements.
Education Qualification :
- IIM Nagpur requires PG Degree, Graduate candidates to apply for their Junior Programme Executive notification 2022. The detailed information has been given below or you can verify it on the official notification itself.
- Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post Graduate preferred with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university / Institute or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. - Job Description:
- Coordination with all stakeholders such as students, faculties, internal departments and external agencies.
- Time Management and planning to ensure the timely delivery of academic matters/flawless execution of the Programme.
- Efficient and responsive communication with programme faculty and participants.
- Time-table preparation for all the respective terms, online and on-campus modules as desired by the Programme chair.
- Attendance Management, Conduct of exams, Grading and collation.
- Facilities bookings, classrooms and study material availability and allied coordination.
- Maintaining the database & regular updates and systematic filing of records (softcopy/hardcopy both).
- Collecting, entering and collating course and instructor’s feedback.
- Preparation of letters such as invitation letters/bonafide based on student’s suitable requirements/disciplinary/expense bills and associated work etc. under the guidance of department head.
- Terms registration of participants, event management support and convocation-related work.
- Website updating, preparing leaflets, policy and manuals etc.
- In online Mode working on Moodle, Handling zoom a/cs and other academic software.
- Assisting the PGP Office in its day-to-day/any other duty assigned by the department head related to academics as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.
