Education Qualification :

- B Tech (Computer Science or IT)/B.E (Computer Science)/M.Tech (Computer Science or IT/ MCA from a reputed Institution.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development/management in a reputed software development firm or central/ state government projects at the National/State level and MIS. Skills and Competencies: Should have experience in designing, developing, operating, and managing large-scale multilocation IT systems and project management. S/he should have experience in implementing large-scale systems at the State/National level and Decision Support System (DSS).S/he should have well experienced in the implementation/rolling out of MIS applications in the state or at the National level. S/he should have experience in the implementation of MIS or similar large-scale social development/ livelihoods/banking sector or related projects at the State/National level.
- Desirable:
- Experience in the development of software on JAVA Framework independently and supervising other development team members and writing SQL statements.
- Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
- S/he should also have program management Skill with experience counted in terms of vendor management/ IT agency.
