  Centre Administrator	Rs.30,000/- p.m
  Senior Counsellor	Rs.20,000/- p.m
  Case Worker	Rs.15,000/- p.m
  Security Guard	Rs.10,000/- p.m
  Multi-Purpose Helper	Rs.15,000/- p.m

Education Qualification :

• Name of the Post	Educational Qualifications
  Centre Administrator	Masters in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with at least Four years’ experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
  Senior Counsellor	Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with a minimum of two years experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
  Case Worker	Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with a minimum of One year’s experience of working on violence against women issues. Only Local women candidates are eligible
  Security Guard	Should have experience working in an office set-up. Women Candidates to be given preference
  Multi-Purpose Helper	Able to Read & Write in Tamizh with at least Three years of experience of working as a helper, peon etc
