• Project Officer (Human-Elephant Conflict): Post Graduation Degree in Zoology, Botany, Environmental Science, Social Work, Mass Communication, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Education, Psychology
• Project Officer (LAD): Masters Degree in Wildlife Science/ Life Sciences/ Zoology/ Botany/ Forestry/ Environmental Science/Forest Management

• Most desirable qualities:
• Passionate about conservation and ecological research, believes in participatory action research, desire to accomplish a Ph.D. degree, hardworking and able to work in a team, a thinker with adaptive qualities, task and time management quality, fit to work in tough terrain for long hours and live with very basic amenities for long durations.
• Responsibilities:
• Action research on agroforestry leading to restoration of forests/habitats in degraded landscapes.
• Review of literature on forestry, agroforestry,  and restoration ecology to prepare appropriate notes for local strategic planning.
• Prepare appropriate methodology for field research in consultation with subject experts.
• Participatory research on agroforestry with indigenous communities with appropriate use of local history, traditional knowledge, and modern scientific techniques.
• Implement activities and monitor periodic progress with appropriate data analysis and reporting.
• Lead team to collect field data, manage databases and analyze using appropriate tools.
• Prepare technical reports on research and conservation actions by the team.
• Coordination with the key stakeholders and sharing findings through regular meetings.
