Age Limit :
- BHEL job required a maximum of 64 years (as on 01-Jul-2022) with good sprite.
Salary :
- The Salary is given for Associate Consultant – Rs.72000/- Per Month
Education Qualification :
- BHEL requires B.E/ B.Tech candidates to apply for their Associate Consultant notification 2022. The detailed information has been given below or you can verify it on the official notification itself.
- The applicant must possess Full Time Engineering Degree (B.E./ B.Tech), preferably in Mechanical Discipline.
- Experience (As of 1st July 2022): The applicant should possess the following experience:
- The applicant should have retired at minimum Deputy General Manager (E6) or equivalent level from CPSE or Govt. Organisation.
- The applicant should have a minimum of 20 years of Industrial experience in the Engineering Industry. He/She should have experience in machine shop and familiarity with CNC machines, tooling, precision machining, fixtures, especially with spacecraft tanks.
- In addition to above, the applicant should have experience in measurements of Space Grade Components. Also, he/she should have prior experience in participation, and presentation in working-level and top-level review meetings by ISRO in their orders with industry.
- Job Description:
- The Associate Consultant will be required to do the following tasks and should provide Professional
- Advice/Assistance to BHEL, BAP Unit, Ranipet in the following areas:
- Expediting on-going orders for ISRO (a) Fabrication, Inspection and supply of Toolings /Fixtures (for PS4 Propellant tank) (b) Machining, inspection and supply of Pressure vessel parts for Spacecraft propellant tanks (8 variants).
- Interface with ISRO by way of progress reports, submission of reports, agenda for Working Level and Senior Level meetings with customers regarding the above projects.
- Technical guidance on machining and inspection of products in the Satellite Propellant Tank machining orders of ISRO.
- Technical evaluation (along with the team) of offers received in proposed CapEx for ISRO project End-to-End Realisation of Aluminium Alloy Propellant Tanks, Water Tanks & Feed Lines.
- Facilitating, enabling, interface with customer officials, progress monitoring & reporting of progress in CapEx investment for tender referred above.
- Enabling and facilitating preparation of agenda, and reports of working-level and senior-level review meetings for the new project.
