  Junior Nurse	Not More than 28yrs
  Data Entry Operator Grade B	Not More than 28yrs
  Data Entry Operator Grade A	Not More than 25yrs

• Age relaxation – SC / ST – 5yrs, OBC – 3yrs, PwBD – 10yrs, PwBD(SC/ST) – 15yrs. PwBD(OBC) – 13yrs

Salary :

• Name of the Post	Pay Scale
  Technical Officer (Medical Social Worker)	Rs.32,000/- per month
  Junior Nurse	Rs.18,000/- per month
  Data Entry Operator Grade B	Rs.18,000/- per month
  Data Entry Operator Grade A	Rs.17,000/- per month

Education Qualification :

• Name of the Post	Educational Qualifications
  Technical Officer (Medical Social Worker)	Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Medical Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology with five years work experience (OR) Master’s degree in Social Work / Sociology / Medical Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology
  Junior Nurse	High School (or) equivalent with Science subjects plus certificate course in ANM with five years’ experience
  Data Entry Operator Grade B	Intermediate or 12th Pass in science and/or two years' experience in EDP work. A Speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour (kdph) through speed test on computer.
  Data Entry Operator Grade A	Intermediate or 12th Pass and A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer
