- The Salary is given for Junior Consultant – Rs. 40,000 – 70,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification :

- For achieving the above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess the following qualifications & experience –
- Essential Qualification:
- Possess at least two years of full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:
- Master in Hospital Administration
- Master’s in Public Health
- Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management
- 1-year’ post-qualification experience as of 20th July 2022.
- At least one year experience of in supporting the implementation of National Quality Assurance
- Standards (NQAS)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- The expected roles of the incumbent are summarised below –
- Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & checkpoints) under the NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, and Kayakalp
- Support QPS division in strengthening IT initiative for Quality Certification.
- Support the division in the drafting of other initiatives
- Support the States with the Implementation of NQAS and Kayakalp
- Development of Resource Material
- Conduct training
- Any other task, as per need of the QPS Division
