  Senior Counselor	Rs.20,000/- per month
  Case Worker	Rs.15,000/- per month
  IT Admin	Rs.18,000/- per month
  Security Guard	Rs.10,000/- per month
  Multi-Purpose Helper	Rs.6,400/- per month

Education Qualification :

• Name of the Post	Educational Qualifications
  Senior Counselor	Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology with two years relevant field experience
  Case Worker	Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Development Management with one year relevant field experience
  IT Admin	Bachelors’ Degree with atleast diploma in Computers / IT with three years experience in relevant field
  Security Guard	Able to read & write in Tamizh
  Multi-Purpose Helper	Able to read & write in Tamizh & should know how to cook
