Education Qualification :
- WBUT requires Ph.D. candidates to apply for their Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor notification 2022. The detailed information has been given below or you can verify it on the official notification itself.
- The capability of guiding the projects work/dissertation at PG Level/Independent research works;
- The candidates (for Associate Professor/Professor) should be capable of doing independent research work with the student or capable to supervise Ph.D. candidates.
- Should be well conversed in online/offline/blended mode teaching practices;
- Well conversed with PYTHON programming language.
- Note-1: Industrial professional experience of 10 years out of which at least 5 years in a position equivalent to
- the level of Assistant Professor may be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D., subject to the decision of the
- appropriate committee.
- Note-2: Industrial professional experience of 20 years out of which at least 10 years in a position equivalent to
- the level of Assistant Professor is eligible for application to the post of Associate Professor/Professor, subject to the decision of the appropriate committee.
- Note-3: Already employed (public sector) applicants should apply through the proper channel.
