Education Qualification :

• Name of the Post	Educational Qualifications
  Assistant Director (Finance & Administration)	Bachelor’s degree with Not less than five years experience in general management, finance, accounts, budget, personnel administration
  Executive Assistant	Bachelor’s degree with Not less than three years experience in Finance & Accounts, Administration, Materials Management in a reputed organization
  Junior Engineer	Three year Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering with Not less than two years of experience in R&D / Design / Testing / Erection / Operation / Maintenance relating to Wind Energy areas
  Junior Engineer (IT)	Three year Diploma course in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology with Not less than two years of experience in R&D / Design / Testing / Erection / Operation / Maintenance relating to Wind Energy areas
  Junior Executive Assistant	12th Pass with 80 wpm Shorthand in English & 30 wpm Typewriting in English and Proficiency in MS Office
